China-Europe Railway Shipping
Minimum weight: 12KG
Delivery time: 45–50 working days
Service included: Full customs clearance, all import taxes, door-to-door delivery
Final delivery carrier: UPS only (No DPD service)
Applicable items: General goods, daily supplies, electronic products, clothing, shoes, food, snacks, cosmetics, powder goods, tea, medicine and other sensitive goods. Over-sized furniture is also acceptable upon request.
General Air Shipping (Fast Delivery)
Minimum weight: 1KG
Delivery time:10–12 working days
Service included: Customs cleared, tax paid, door-to-door delivery
Applicable items: Clothing, bags, home goods, books, plastic toys, small electric devices, magnetic and electronic products.
Sensitive Goods Air Shipping
Minimum weight: 1KG
Delivery time: 10–15 working days
Service included: Full tax & customs clearance service, home delivery
All shipping times above are standard delivery durations under normal customs conditions. Delivery delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control, which are not eligible for compensation:
Customs inspection, random check or local customs detention
Flight cancellation, railway delay, weather impact, local strikes or public holidays
Incorrect customer address, unsuccessful delivery or customer refusal of package
All our shipping methods are duty-free and fully cleared. Customers will not receive additional customs bills or clearance requests.
Railway freight is suitable for large-volume shipments and business buyers.
Air freight is suitable for small-volume orders and urgent deliveries.
Our Recommendation: We highly suggest that all buyers choose railway freight. Although the transit time may be slightly longer, this is the safest and most reliable option since some of our products are classified as sensitive goods.
